Like the title says, dont order from them. I purchased an ontario rat 1 on the 15th of december. I thought it was a little fishy when the paypal money was sent to construction safety products forestry. Well i got one email saying its trying to complete my order. It is now the 30th and have not received anything. Ive tried emailing them several times with no response and i called the two different numbers to only get their answering machine saying they are closed and out of the office, even though i call during business hours. So please save your money and order somewhere else...
 
I ordered 2 rat folders and they were out of stock.They emailed me pretty fast and refunded my paypal promptly. Maybe they are closed for the holidays.
 
If i posted this in the wrong section, i apologize and someone please move it to the appropriate place.
 
Keep us posted if you ever revieve your item...I'm thinking about buying some knives from them,they got cheap prices it looks like.

Well thats why i ordered it from there, but it doesnt seem like its going to come. so i opened i paypal claim and ill let them deal with it.
 
Just an update, i received my package a few minutes ago. Please delete this thread, it seems that they are just back at customer support. But i did receive what i ordered.

i'm glad the purchase worked out. Many small dealers are really just a website catalog and when an order comes in they have to order it in turn from a distributor. They cannot afford to keep much if anything in stock. If you know they are good for it and have patience, you can save some money doing business with them.

We don't delete good information. If someone else comes along wondering about Ontario-Knife-Store.com, they may find this interesting.
