I'm looking for a slipjoint with a hawkbill, wharncliffe and clip blade or just the former two. Does anyone have any suggestions as to where I could find such a knife?
Those are close. I was looking at this and it looks very nice for my use, but recently I've started to like using hawkbills so I thought a hawk / wharncliffe combo would be really nice to have, since they're both somewhat uncommon bladeshapes.
I've never seen that combination. However, I do have the Case knife you're looking at, and recommend it wholeheartedly. In fact, I have, on several occasions.
Tom Mayo has a couple of hawkbill-ish folders, but they're single blades, and pretty expensive (custom made). Maybe he could make one for you...
