Do you eat with your knife?

I EDC two knives (SAK and stockman) and often use both for food, I just keep them clean, dry and sharp and they are fine. I use mineral oil occasionally for lubrication and have never worried about it. Of course if a knife is dirty from some other use I will clean it properly before using on food.

[Practical Use]

Generally use the fork - I do cut stuff though with my EDC if the resturant knife is dull.

I use either my non-damascus sebenza or my Strider MARSOC to cut my food.
