Do you keep the same name on other forums?

The thread about why we chose our names on here got me thinking about this. I'm "Ashes" on three different forums, but I only post on two of them anymore. Same name, same avatar, same sig. I like to be who I am.

Do any of you post on any other web forums under a different name and/or personality? That kind of seems wrong...

I'm Matches on other forums (knife and non-knife)...eight places I think. One of my email addys is Matches as well :cool:
 
I use goodmanfj on all the fourms ,its my email at hot.com , stands for goodman which is my last name name and f for Frank , J for Janet , :D
 
I use this same name on just about all of the forums I frequent. If you google it, you'll find some of them. ;)
 
I use the same sn on multiple forums related to the same interest. For instance, I have the same sn on all of the music related forums I am a member of. This is the only forum that I use the name "Megalon" on. And I've changed my sn here twice since registering. :D

If you google mine, all you get is manufacturers of matches, sporting matches, and dating services :grumpy:
 
I'm trane fan on every form. On one of them I have to place a "_" between the words and on one I had to combine the words. ;)

A local sprotbike forum I go by OUTLAW..
 
I've used Point44 since 1996 for almost everything.
All my emails are point44@...
I even have www.point44.tv which i don't know what to do with.

The only place i couldn't use point44 is ebay. Some french dude who's been inactive for a long time has it. So there i'm pointy44.
 
Yup, I use "glockman99" on all the forums, 'cept on "The Seiko & Citizen Watch Forums", where I go by my "real" name (Dann Fassnacht) since I screwed-up while registering there and used my "real" name rather than my "stage name"...(Although "glockman99" DOES show-up as my login name there).
 
I use the same name on all forums. At my age I'm lucky i can remember the one, much less different ones for different forums! :D

Same here. I'm either "cockroachfarm" or "Papa Roach".
 
I'm Leatherbird here in BladeForums only as this is the only forum I'm in.Is that redundant?I've lurked in USN,and was Emailed from a few cats who are in there.Did not seem like kooks.One a cop in San Diego,the second a man who works for the govt.And another who was a LEO in Pittsburgh.Anywho,that's about my Internet experience.I joined during some hectic times and was involved in said thread(s),those of you who were around know what I'm talking about.I do buy other knives and have other knives.OK.I've learned alot here in a very short time.And I thank you all.

N8 TGR on team sports forums and on my car lisense plate. (Innate Tiger, as in Auburn Tigers).

Bolwevl on a couple of weight training forums, as per my E-mail address (wanted to use Hi Cotton, reflecting my height and childhood agricultural background, but that proved to be so common that I went with a shortened version of Boll Weevil instead.)
 
I have been using "ElectricZombie" for everything since around 1993. I have the name registered in probably 10 different forums.
