Do you know of a knife that meets this very specific description?

As EZ Bake said:

CRKT Ripple - but these: (K401 -2,78" or K406 - 3,125"),flipper (fast IKBS), spear point, acuto steel, and slim.
Kershaw Skyline - but BFC version (s30v steel)

Hogue Knives EX02 Knife Spear Point Flipper (3.375" Plain) 154-CM, but i'm not sure is it slim.

Spyderco Domino - slim, not quite as slender, can be had for under 200, bearing flipper, CTS-XHP steel. Top suggestion.

Also, as mentioned previously, the acuto 440C CRKT Ripple, or the grooved-handled Sandvik steel Swindle. They're both a little on the longer side, but are definitely slim and slender affordable manual bearing flippers of very good quality. The CRKT Eros is a little shorter, but typically harder to come by. I think CRKT just released a batch, however.

Yet another post: the Kershaw Damascus Skyline fits the bill pretty perfectly and is available right now at about half the typical price. The damascus they use has slightly better edge retention that most Sandvik steels.

The only knives (that I know of) that almost perfectly fit the criteria are the hogue ex02, zt 0770, and boker federal. If you are looking for ease of deployment in particular, then you should also consider the viper keeper, because its front guard can be used like an Emerson wave.

You might also want to look at some EDC sized fixed blades. You don't have to deploy them at all, and the fuller handles usually feel better during use. Good Luck!

So after looking into the knives that stood out to me a bit more, I have narrowed it down a bit. First and foremost, I realized that with the axis lock, a spring assisted knife will open when I pull back the lock. So I really kinda need to go back to the knife shop and see if that makes the knife any easier for me to open. I have scratched the Skyline off the list as it appears to be a manual folder, and what would be the point of switching at that point. The Hogue EX02 is a beautiful knife, but looks a little big.. I'd like to try and find one in a store somewhere.

Now I'm currently sitting at the Benchmade 530 as the frontrunner, no flipper, but I'm hoping that the axis lock will make it easy to deploy. It's cheap as hell too, which is a big plus. It wouldn't break the bank to buy another CRKT if I couldn't get used to this one.

Next behind that would be the 470 again, I can't seem to get over the look and feel of that knife. I really liked it. Again no flipper, but hoping the axis lock will solve that. I've come to the realization that I will more than likely buy this knife eventually, whether it gets EDC'd or not.

If I can get past the opening motion, the next hurdle will be getting used to the tip up clip. Shouldn't be a big deal.

I'm not the biggest benchmade fan - but i played with one of these at a gun show and was very impressed.

its super slim and lightweight****

Its not a flipper but, as mentioned above, pulling the lock back it just flies out...

BM530

****like really

Randomly stumbled upon a deal from Knifeworks selling the Emissary (470) for $126 shipped and pulled the trigger. Ever since I held it in the knife shop, that knife is just calling to me, I don't know what it is. Maybe I'll find out when it gets here :D

Thanks for all the input and suggestions folks. Much appreciated.
