I am trying to locate the current owner of the Fisk Bowie in this image. Any info would be appreciated. Anonymity respected. I am just looking to be put in touch with it's owner, one way or the other, to discuss some possibilities. Thanks everyone.

It once comprised a set of three, that is the reason I am looking for it.

If you have an idea where it might be, please send me a message - thanks!

Dayum!!!!!! Tell me who owns all of them so's I can boiglorize his crib....lol.:D That is quite a collection:thumbup:

Thanks for the help, Roger. Wish it was going to be that easy. There was a fighter that looked much like this Bowie, because they were in a set together. To all others -- HELP!! Thanks!

Where's Waldo...? ;)

Really hard to tell on that image. Is the knife in your possession to take a clearer shot?

Coop

Yes, it's a set of three. I have two of them, just lacking the Bowie. I want to try and bring them all back together again, the reason for the quest.

Coop, here is an image of the boot and fighter. The Bowie is an exact match, but a 10 incher. Thanks to whoever's image this was, it's a good representation of the two currently together.

Coop, at some point in time you won't need an image of the knives, you'll be shooting a new one. Just not sure yet whether there will be two or three in the image. Sure hope it's three.

...and I remember Bob Neil showing one of these at a NYCKS in the past. I really considered pulling the trigger as it was SO beautiful. I know you agree.

That Fisk bowie is sitting somewhere next to some Hill Pearce knives.... ;) The mystery collection.

The maple is really gorgeous. That's what caught my eye. There is just an outstanding simple beauty about them. I bought the boot to later find out there was a fighter that matched. I went on that quest, found it and got it, during which search I learned of the Bowie. And now............

Kevin, thanks very much, but I have already been that far and hit a dead end, unfortunately. I did a complete search of the for sale forum. I found this same thread but I was told "Buyer is unknown".

And yes, Kevin, that is exactly the Bowie. And a better image, I forgot it existed. I guess I had better grab the image and post it, too.

Don't ask me why, but I have a vague recollection of this being an original set of 5, not three. It's going back a ways, though. :(

Roger

I was in touch with Jerry and got the full details. He remembered them well. It was a set of three, made between 1990-1994. Not sure I have enough years left in me to hunt down three more!

Thanks very much to all who have viewed and helped. While I don't post much in the forums, I read your threads with pleasure and learn. Thanks for that, as well.

I'll put in my 2 cents worth. Les had them,it was a set of four. Randy Morgan bought them from Les at the Arkansas show three or four years ago. I'm sure they have been split up, but call randy, he will have your answer. L.B.

Thanks for the info. I discussed this set with Jerry Fisk and he said it was definitely a set of three. I have two. Just need the Bowie now. Apparently the buyer of the Bowie must wish to remain anonymous. Randy Morgan indicated that the "buyer was unknown" when I contacted him earlier.

Just so you all can get a better view of the Fighter/bowie here it is in photo form and it is in the mail to Bob. I did not have the quest but was pleased to help him in his.
