Do you like the double pulls on the new GEC's?

Aesthetically, I don't like double pulls. Functionally...I can only assume that one is in the wrong place, otherwise why would the other one be there?

I like double pull trappers. Just my experiences with blood fiend / bloody mary #73 of mine with long pulls, I welcome more than gladly double pulls on my next GEC # 73 :D

I only like double pulls on the baby sunfish, sunfish/elephant toe just because they have a tradition of being made that way. I don't want them on any other model and as mentioned no improvement is really to be had from them.

The only knife that appeals to me with the double pull is the Sunfish/Elephant toe. Just as some did many years ago.

I think they look horrible. They need to use one pull or lighten the nail breaker spring on their knives.....not put two pulls on one blade.

Just got my new Sunfish (#36); I can not open the knife with the long pull. There simply isn't enough leverage with their strong spring which seems to a trade mark of GEC. The strong spring appeals to me. So, I could live without it on this knife, but some have said that the double pull is traditional on the Sunfish pattern.

Could they have the long pull to act as a "blood groove"?
