Do you not understand this is a Damascus Mnandi?

I have always asked why when someone wants to borrow my knife. The answers have ranged from the innocuous to the dreaded screwdriver, or pry bar. I have never felt bad about saying no, regardless of who was asking. What would you say if someone wanted to borrow your gun?

I was in a bank (administrative office) environment for the last year, and loaned out a knife many times. To be honest, I was surprised how well received me carrying a knife was. In fact, I use to leave it on my desk, and co-workers would stop over to see what model or new addition I had that day. I would tell them what it was "worth", and to please be careful when using it. They mostly used it to open a package, cut fruit, or the straps off of the paper cases. I never had any issues....and it included the use of the Damascus ones as well. I think they were more cautious with them than I was.
