Do you use Pointy knives?

According to the responses directed towards me, people either think of the ti lite as a dull knife, or just happened to not read that part of my thread and assumed I meant anything with a point including nails, knives and screws are worthless. Yes, that is exactly what I meant. We should actually be using rocks to do our cutting, because I think the ability to pierce is worthless. All I can say is wow. Maybe I ought to pull out the Dr. Seuss books and simplify my threads as much as possible.

I tried knives without a pointy point, like the Case Sodbuster. I found that a knife without a pointy point is just not as useful in daily use as one with one.
