Do you work out? Post your routine and thoughts about fitness!

Monday-Friday
5am 2 miles with a 15lb weight vest on with the dog
6:50-8:50am Weights, core, pushups, pullups, squats, sit-ups...(varied workouts) one set every 5 minutes and working my job in between sets
(2) 1 mile walks during the day as breaks from work
40 minutes on the stationary bike when i get home from work

I also stand at work 9 hours a day and have not sat at work for 10 years. Surprisingly that helped heal some Knee problems I was having in my 30s.
During my cardio sessions and walking I listen to books so it feels like a break.

This Floor Is Sitting IS so different than the norm of using Chairs.
In my mind it is a Workout/Exercise. As a beginner I have to keep in mind I may not be comfy, but it is good for my body.
A Doctor I follow on YouTube says.Being Comfortable is what got Society into the Unhealthy state so many are in. I believe that to be true.
Annr sitting w/o back support is such a change,
Thanks for the suggestion!
Great! Thanks for feedback and trying! Once you get into this you can try eating at a coffee table seated on floor, watching TV, etc.

I know people who stress things like crawling on floor, getting back to pre-chair days.

Yes, I agree everything we do can be a workout or exercise depending on our perspective!

Do you have any videos to recommend by your YouTuber?

Iminicui hadod a stroke yesterday
???

Are you okay?

See below:

Why TIA Needs Immediate Action
TIAs are critical warning signs, often occurring hours or days before a major stroke. Because they pass quickly, many people mistakenly ignore them, but a rapid medical evaluation is essential to identify causes and prevent a full-scale stroke. Do not drive to the hospital; call 911.

Wondered about you and didn’t want to disturb your restful stay in the hospital. LOL.

Glad you are getting to go home. I know I’m always ready to get back to my own stuff and stop getting waken up all night.

Hope you are doing better!

2 hrs 3X a week to maintain upper body strength. And I walk ~2 miles every day around the neighborhood.

My doctor once told me, "The human body works OK up till the age of about 40. After that it needs more maintenance."
That's the age I began having serious health problems
