Do ZEE Germans make any good tactical folders

Slightly off topic, but Eickhorn makes some rugged fixed blades as well, including the German Infantry "KM 2000" tanto which I picked up in Germany in 2007. That Pohl Force is a very cool folder which I'd love to get, but it seems they discontinued it almost as soon as they brought it out.

Discontinued? No way, everythings available. Only the Alpha one was replaced by the Alpha two, now having a glass breaker.
What you see in the pic above is the Aplha two.
Alpha three comes with an american tanto blade in D2.

Larry is talking about Eickhorn.
They are a another company then Pohl force.

Dietmar Pohl did some designs for Eickhorn when Pohl Force did not yet exist.

While its not made in germany, the boker jim burke mini resurection is in my opinion one of the best buys available.
+1
The Resurrection is a well-built tank of a folder, goodlooking too, a match for any ZT, at a third of the price (I own a 0300, love it, and its S30V is not THAT much better than 440C).

Read Larry's post again:eek:
He refered to Pohl force.

I did indeed refer to the Pohl force folder. I could swear Tactical Knives magazine's article on the Pohl Force claimed it had already been discontinued, but in any case I'm pleased it's still available. I like large folders and the Pohl Force fits the bill. It's not available retail in Canada so I guess if I want it, I'll have to pay the exchange rate just when the Canadian dollar's down again.
Does anyone have any suggestions as to the best place to order it from?
Thanks
