I can't stress enough how these little get-togethers are fun, and integral to learning skills. Most of the time, it forces the group to try new things they haven't practiced, and even the guy showing the skills will learn something. When EMT Lee came over, we both broke out the hand drill and tried different materials I probably would not have tried.

Guys, get together, LEarn, learn!

Joe,

Use 140 degree water, dunk the bird and go as fast as you can. I start with the tail and wing feathers and then go to the rest.
