For sale is a Doc Shiffer Recon. Blade is 3", made of 1095. This appears to be some of Doc's early work. The full titanium handles were anodized blue, and I have since sanded the exterior to a satin finish. The interior of the knife is still blue, as I did not want to mess with the tolerances of the knife. The only issue with this knife is that one of the clip screws sheered in the handles. I have epoxied the clip and screwhead onto the knife. If you have a means to remove the sheered screw, that would make this knife much better. I will also include an extra clip and pocket clip screw with the knife. The blade also sits slightly off-center favoring the non-locking side.
Due to the issues mentioned, I am letting this go for cheap. Asking $200 plus shipping and Paypal fees for this.
