Hi guys,
I started this as a seperate thread in order to start with a clean sheet so that things from the "far" past will not lead to 'assumptions' or whatever.
As I already explained in the "other" Docbart thread our first two deals witrh Docbart went smooth and no problems there, I even didn't know then about the existance of the "Docbart thread"
Only the last deal went wrong, or so it seemed, accidents can happen and people can get seriously wounded, no problem to wait in such times but afterwards some promisses were made and nothing happened or so it seemed.
Everybody has probably had some period in his life that things happened that had such an inpact that previous promisses/contacts were simply forgotten or put to the lowest priority level.
I have had some second thoughts about me posting as I did on the old Docbart thread, thinking if I corerectly expressed myself shouldn't have waited before writing the post etc.
Still the fact remains that Docbart contacted me even before a forumite had made him aware of the thread that same day.
In fact I received 2 emails and he promissed to set things right.
We exchanged a few emails and I discovered that we also have Western Union capabilities (completely new to me) and Doc promissed to Western Union the money to me but was away and would contact me on January 15.
Promptly on January 15 I received his email saying that he would Western Union the money the 16th and let me know the details.
Promptly on the 16th I received an email with the transaction number and "magic word" it was Wednesday evening in Holland.
Today I collected my first Western Union money transfer and it went quickly and we received the amount owed to us.
Doc again appologized and I have replied to him that I accepted the appologies and will post what happened on this Forum.
I really hope that the "afair" can be closed and that we all will take a deeop breath and give Doc another fair chance, we will just do that.
Best Scouting wishes from Holland,
Bagheera
