That's a stunning piece Mike. Somebody will get a beautiful doctor's pattern here.

Mike, i like how these scales look like high grade elephant ivory.
how durable is interior mammoth ? would the user notice any functional difference between this and mammoth bark scales ?
beautiful knife; 'clean' perfection; no distractions from it's essence.
thank you, roland

This knife is so pretty I would be afraid to carry it!

That is a beauty Mike.

I'm going to have to take this one Mike, assuming it is still available. I just had to pop for a new PC and told myself no knives for awhile but I have no self control :D Please consider it sold!

Thanks for buying this. I told myself I would get it if it was still available when I got done with dinner and I really didn't need to spend three hundred bucks today!

Ohhhh dang wish I would have seen this sooner! I would have took it. very nice knife.

Thanks to all for comments and this one is now sold.
Hello Roland, These do have the color of some nice aged pre-ban. I feel there is no difference in performance, durability or function between Bark or Interior. I just prefer Interior myself. This one does have very nice scales. Thanks and if you have any other questions I would be happy to answer.
Mike

Super job, Mike! Congratulations, Peregrin! Just a pleasant looking folder, if I ever saw one.

Mike, thank you for the answers re: scales.
i have looked at this knife a few times now and realize "i missed it".
besides being a fanatical knife collector, i am also an M.D.(retired) who does not have a single Doctor's knife. i have been waiting for "the right one". it was here, and i missed it.

Cheer up Doc. Take 2 aspirins (I prefer Advil) & call me in the a.m. if you're not feeling better.
No charge.....:)
