Doctor/Physician Knife

It’s a pattern I have found well suited for my knife uses, which are all relatively light… opening mail, slicing fruit, and stirring coffee. Pairs well with a pen in the pocket.

I used to much prefer the secondary pen blade, but have really warmed to the spatulas as more useful to me. (No I am not a doctor or pharmacist.)
