Dodo lock discussion

I just came back from the knife store where I had the opportunity to play with a blue Dodo to my hearts content.
He must have had a good one because it seemed flawless to me.
Nice lock.
 
We had a few problems with the first batch. Haven't had any problems since.

The lock has some nice features;

It's very simple in concept.
It's almost impossible to accidentally unlock.
It's very smooth in its operation.
It is self adjusting to a rock solid taper.
Because the ball rolls in all directions, wear is spread out over a very large area.
We can make them as strong as we want.

We've also got a few design improvements in the works to make them easier to unlock.
