Does anybody know anything about Mike Irie knives?

I'm interested in getting a Mike Irie Model 6 knife. Does anybody have any personal experiences with this model or any of Mike's knives? Are they all custom made and are they good quality? Thanks.

I haven't handled any of his folders (I think the Model 6 is a folder) but his fixed blades are very nice.

Yes and yes.....Mike is a great guy, stands behind his work, and is truly gifted in knife creation.

Mike is a stand up guy. His knives are great quality and a great price too. He does everything himself except for some heat treating. He has made more knives than just about anybody and has it down to a science.
