Does Anybody Know this Model??

Would anybody here know what model Camillus knife this is? I purchased it today and am going to have the sheild missing in the handle re-fitted.
Any info on it would be greatly appreciated.

It is a steak knife, I have one I got off Ebay that is just a little different. Mine is from Aureole Restaurant. Doug
