Does anybody still make a knife like these little guys?

I agree, those were nice little jacks, and I'd love to see someone come out with a new version.
Shaped like a #15, but smaller (not much longer than a #9 esquire) :

Rachel, it just registered that you have a couple of them too!
I especially likethe bare-heads, for some reason. Or maybe for no reason.

Wow, do I love the looks of the knife on the right.

Okay, someone. Make more.

Yep. :) A bare-head jack is my weakness. It's like the Platonic Ideal of Pocketknife. (to me)

Well since you asked. At the threads beginning, I guessed badly by starting a reply about the discontinued Buck 312 before I went and checked the shape of the secondary blade in the photo file. I can't remember 'all' the details of the past...ha 300

If you found a used one with a good main blade guess you could grind the other one to suit yourself. But, that's a lot of work. Buck just never made a USA made knife with same end, clip and pen. Or like I wanted a clip and warcliff same ender. To maintain my image of Mr. Buck 300's I would have to punch out the pin and put a 303 or 301 reshaped spey blade to get the shape right. Again, too much trouble. You just have to live with the thumbs your given.

Sadly not much is available in a jack pattern in this size range today. Case has made more than one in the past, as has KaBar and I'm sure several others. The upcoming GEC #14 will help fill the void nicely.

I like this thread. Since I don't have a 15 or it's like, other than a TL-29 (I think I'm on the right track maybe) I can't contribute much more than a, "keep those pics comin' please!" I'd like to see more!

Rough Rider 858 tiny Trapper, maybe? It's a little smaller than a peanut, at 2 3/8 inches closed, but has two 1 7/8 inch blades. Or is that too small?
I still think it looks more like a Barlow. Single bolster, about 1/3 the length of the handle.

Thanks for all the suggestions, folks. Lots of possibilities.
It looks like Waynorth and GEC's upcoming #14 is pretty much it. Except spear instead of clip, but it still has the lightweight barlow feel to it. Unless it's too thick! I don't have to buy it if it's too thick!
