Does anyone have ALL of the forum knives?

I’ve owned them all except for the first 3. 2011 was when I first started really participating here and was able to buy the moose and wharncliffe barlow off of another member in the exchange. Kind of wish I had tried harder in the beginning to complete the set. I haven’t seen the ring knife or cannitler come up for sale in years.

I remember buying a second 2013 Congress jack from spark a solid year after they were released (and he had several left).

I don’t think 2012 sold all that well either (and was also kind of pricey).

I have to say, I never really liked that combination of blades on a Barlow! :D ;) I wasn't a regular poster here then, but I do remember Wharncliffe blades being very much in vogue. The first knife I could have purchased was the 2012, but I didn't like that much either :D Kind of wish I'd bought one, and had a blade delete done :D ;)

Doesn't that say a lot?

Saying it was controversial is probably a huge understatement. We nearly lost the project, until Charlie stepped in the following year. I'm afraid I'll get into trouble if I say
I understand that! I really enjoy having both blade options, about the closest i can get like that now is the lionsteel warhorse at ck. Looks like a great one

20220921_183947-01.jpeg I've tried to collect all the Bladeforum knives along the way and somehow this one had eluded me. I was finally able to pick up this beautiful example that has been recovered with some gorgeous Antique Westinghouse micarta. I'm pretty stoked to finally have one in my stable. 😍

There are a few that I know of besides myself, Ted being the one that comes to mind. I'm sure there are others as well. I have been fortunate to get them all, 2009 being special. That was the year I had my open heart surgery right around when the order request dropped. I was able to drag myself out of recovery at home to get my order in the mail for one, LOL. That's what the forum knives mean to me. Here's some pics through the years...

That is AWESOME Glenn!
I'm one of those guys.
I said I wasn't going to buy one, and meant it.
Same here John.

Looks like the bolsters got polished as well.
Very nice!

I guess I missed this last year. I also have a complete set thanks to Charlie selling me a ring knife a few years back to complete it. I started at the canittler and snagged at least one of each since. Most of the extras were given away to others that missed out, but I did keep my spare Irish Jack. I even got the runner-up Eric's Jack.

I have bought at least one each year from 2012 to now, but that still leaves me way short of all of them!
Side note- the order is already in for the 2022??

First time I have seen all of the knives together. I have a pair of the 2014 knife. The stag is outstanding on both.

I only have one; a 2014 Stag Jack. I believe John Lloyd donated the stag for these. I used to have one of the first ones ( The Ring Opener) but let it go to another home a few years back.

Here is my 2014 one. Nice stag, well matched for thickness, color etc. As you can see this one gets used.

Was Eric's Jack a BF knife?
There was a lot of lobbying that year for a stainless steel option, if memory serves me. Eric Albers at Canal Street Cutlery made them for us, with stag that John Lloyd donated. A great little knife. It has no BladeForums markings, but was offered as an alternate to the official forum knife.

Here's a list of Forum knives by year. Can anyone fill in the blanks, add details, or suggest corrections?

Here's a list of Forum knives by year. Can anyone fill in the blanks, or are there corrections that should be made? Should the Eric's Jack be added as a footnote? If so, what were the particulars?
