Does anyone have any experience with the company Bondhus?

Recently I was looking for a Torx foldup key set on Amazon and I came across these Bondhus ones which seemed like really good quality. They had a T6-T25 set and a T9-T40 set. They were both around $11 I think, but wait! There was a 3-pack of Bondhus key sets which had the T9-T40 and two other hex sets for $15 so I thought that was a good deal and since I thought I needed T9 for my knife, I figured it was a great deal. I bought it and found out that T9 is just barely too big for my needs.
Bondhus claims that they have a lifetime warranty, if it ever breaks, even due to misuse, they'll replace it for free. It's made in the USA. It seems like a good company. So I'm wondering if they would maybe replace my T9-T40 with the T6-T25 set. I don't want to return the whole set. I just want the smaller set. I couldn't find an email address for them and I tried calling and their phone system was very weird.

Anyway, does anyone have any experience with them and know if they would do my exchange?
 
I have had outstanding luck with them. I only buy their sets for my mechanics toolbox and knife kit box and I've had nothing but good luck with their products and c/s.
 
I have 4 sets of of Bondhuss hex wrenches. They out perform the others I've had.

I had a set of those, with the yellow holder and the gorilla on them. Someone stole them out of my tool bag at one point, and I just found out who it was today. I'm going to get mine back and replace their with some Stanley brand from WalMart. ;)
 
Yup use my set every day at work. I also had a set of gold plated hex wrenches that got stolen at work. I would buy other tools from them without thinking twice.
 
I have the metric and standard hex wrench sets and they are top notch in quality and the price can't be beat. I also have the same sets in T-handles, you can't go wrong with Bondhus in my opinion. I will be adding the Torx sets soon and expect they will be the same quality.
