does anyone know if the buck creek whittler?

does anyone know if the buck creek whittler #bc6308cb is actually cobalt blue pickbone, or cobalt blue celluloid??? I saw one that resembled pickbone, but the part # would indicate it was celluloid? can anyone shed any light on this?

well I talked to a friend of mine at smoky. I was told that the knife is actually pickbone. From what Ive heard of the quality of these lately is that its not exactly up to "parr". It sounds like the best thing for me to do is pass on these for now!!
