I am looking for a reliable webstore that sell replacement parts for small engines. I found a place called ereplacementparts.com but I know nothing about them. All help is appreciated!

I've used them for appliance parts and small engine parts, they're fair just make sure they have it in stock before you buy and find out if it's an OEM part or an offshore manufacturer.

I had to buy new spindles for my mower deck and the offshore ones I got didn't last the season, the castings were full of voids and I had to replace all three twice, initially I saved about $20 on the ones from replacementparts dot com but in the end I spent the money and bought the OEMs and have had 2 seasons no problems.

As far as appliance parts go, I've had no issues and they have a excellent interactive program to help you identify parts and what they actually look like.

Rev and T. thanks for the info. I also looked at ereplacements on the BBB. They had four or five complaints a year which made me kind of nervous. But I think it would be fine to order from them .

This is an old Homelite weedeater from when Homelite still made them in the USA. I believe that Homelite's production is now offshore. Some of the parts I want are listed as "Replacing obsolete part #: blah, blah, blah". It is probable that the parts like that are offshore now. The only thing I have to have to run this weedeater is gasket for the gas cap. Found out the hard way that it leeks! I wonder if I could use a plain plumbing gasket temporarily.
