Does anyone know the status at wicked edge ???

I ordered a sharpener from them several weeks ago. I paid over $400.00. When I ordered, the web page indicated things were in stock.

The funds have cleared my bank 2 weeks ago. I received confirmation that they had the funds.

I have tried to contact them regarding the status of my order. 1stE-mail received no response. The second e-mail will not go thru, the message says ""MAILBOX FULL."


Now I see they are at a show. I fear my funds have been leveraged so they can attend a show.

The scary part is no responses to my contacts

Does anybody have a history with this company? Any input is welcome.
 
There is a phone # listed on their site under About Us ------> Returns, have you tried calling this number and speaking to an actual person?

I know your issue isnt with returning something, but it might help you get in contact better.

This would be my advice as well.
 
Yeah, you're right, my understanding is that they are going to to busy at the show. I think they gave somebody somewhere a warning about this.

They are a very small company Id imagine. I've never dealt with them but there are guys in the maint / tinkering forum who have, and I believe may even know them.

I do know them all, and you don't have to worry that you are being taken for a ride. They are in Vegas this week showing the system at their booth at SHOT Show - there is a notice of this on their homepage.

They did bring someone in extra this week to have someone in the office handling the phones while the main staff is away from I think 10 - 3 or 4 daily (mountain time) so you can talk with someone if you call. They also arranged for someone to be in the office to keep shipping going, but that person decided they had better things to do....

And yes, they are a very small company - 4 full time people - 3 of which are in Vegas.

I'm not sure what the promised time frame for shipping was when you purchased and I don't know for sure that you'll be able to get an exact answer on shipping times calling this week but hopefully just talking with someone will help. And Judy will pass on your message

I saw them at the SHOT show 2 days ago and spoke to the owner at some length. I think they're probably just busy. Hopefully you hear back soon.
