Hey - Mark - you may be onto something - boy imagine if you were in a position to be able to do something like that - to be able to actually make your own knife and carry it - Wow - and like you suggested it has happened!
I am thinking that its a contracted knife that didnt get to see the end run of consignment - like a Camillus made knife made for Duncans Knife shop in New Zealand - but wasnt stamped Camillus because we have seen MANY knives from the Sheffield region with the retailers name only stamped on the blades - I wonder if this was the same?
I hope no-one takes me thinking aloud as a wipe over of their thoughts - as its just me thinking out aloud - and the odds are me being wrong and everyones right anyway
If you do see any of those knives stamped Duncans Knife Shop, N.Z - grab it - they are rare as rocking horse stuff!
