Does anyone know this maker - Neal A. Hodges?

In the way-back machine, I stumbled across a fixed blade knife from this maker back in the early to mid-1990s. It was a stainless wharncliffe fixed blade, maybe 8 inches overall with turquoise slabs. I seem to remember his logo said Yorba Linda, CA. But, in the last 20 years I've never seen another. Obviously his quality was better than good, else I would have forgotten about it. The timing was definitely before the boom in custom knives. Thanks for any help!
