Does Anyone know what Jason Hanson's (former CIA) "Mystery knife" is ?

former CIA agent
only if the term "agent" could be used in reference to the Janitorial Arts.
Fox news is trying to generate stuff you want to consume, and Jason Hanson is interested in being compensated for his time. Neither of those things requires him to be a credible CIA operative.

I'm highly skeptical of anyone who declares themselves an operator and goes on to use that to sell stuff and make a buck.

Be on the look out for my next book, "I kill people and you can too, or, how the 1980's defined your masculinity" - that'll be $31.99

Do you really think FoxNews would post about him as a former CIA agent if he was not?

LOL.

For starters, "agents" don't typically work for an agency. They work for officers, who work for an agency. So was he an "agent" or was he an "officer?"

And second, in my experience, if you need to continually remind everyone in the room that you worked for a particular agency, well.....

Hey look the CIA has had a rough few years. You gotta network.

We used to have someone that worked with me that claimed to have worked at NASA. Most of the guys in the shop felt like he was full of crap, constantly blabbing on trying to convince everyone he was a genius rocket surgeon. One day, one of the guys at work asked me a very important question, "If you are a janitor at NASA, who do you work for"?
Nothing else needed to be said, so I guess it doesn't really matter as much who you work for as it does what you actually do. I can't speak for the "former CIA agent" in question, it just reminded me of that conversation. He may be legit, and there is always something to learn from others, even if all that you learn is they are full of it. 😂

He could have been a barista at the CIA Starbucks.
The cook.....its always the cook...

He worked for the CIA back before Cuba even knew it had a missile crisis. His under cover op ended up getting to him and it wasn’t long before the lines of reality were blurred and he forgot who Chad Boyar was… and forever donned the persona of Chef Boyardee. Buried deep in the New York Italian Mafia, there was only one way the CIA could handle it. If you’re wondering where the man is… don’t bother looking.

Also, cans of tactical Chef Boyardee ravioli are 60 cents off at your local grocer's.

Self reported for advertising and deal spotting.

The O.G. GigaChad.

Before his pasta habit got the better of him, of course.
