The Outlaw Cigar Company keeps a few higher end brands in stock (North store @ 64th and I-29), with Kershaw, Benchmade, Spyderco, Cold Steel and Microtech. They tend to be right at retail, but they also have some William Henry and Chris Reeve, which are price-fixed anyway.
There's also a "Survival & Gun and Knife Show" this weekend at the KCI Expo center. There tend to be quite a few knife vendors represented, and most will haggle with you, especially if you have NIB knives for trade.
There's a place in Riverside that sells army surplus, and I believe they have a few counters full of knives, or at least they did a few years ago. Uncle Sam's? I think that's their name. May have to Google it. Oops, looks like they are closed.
Oddessy Martial Arts in Independence sells a lot of stuff. Used to be mixed CCC and USA-made stuff, but they were at retail pricing, as well. I haven't been there in 10 years, though. Their online store says they sell knives.
Most of these are probably just a place to handle the stuff, before you go online and buy it somewhere cheaper.
Definitely check out the show at KCI Expo this weekend, though.
