Does anyone know who made this?

I read about this knife on another forum, and the post indicated a custom maker here--whose name was not recalled--made it to have a four-finger grip as a reactive defender. I like the design but would probably want to tweak it slightly with a divot for the thumb instead of jimping and something of a pinky hook.
