I was looking at Mantis knives the other day and found
this one.

What do you guys think about this one? I am still learning here
but, I liked its design. Maybe I'm a mall ninja and I don't know
it :D
 
I've never liked kerambits at all and think they're kinda useless, a folding one seems to have no purpose at all... I think I'd have to pass.
 
Agreed. Karambits just don't suit my tastes. It's not that they're not useful, because they are. They were used to harvest rice. I just don't see myself using one for EDC.

Also, it looks like it'd be a pain to sharpen. But that's just, like, my opinion, man.
 
nothing against kerambits, i have an emerson i carry on duty.

but i dont like that particular one.

you can do much better.
 
Don't like tanto points
Don't like Karambits.
Don't like hot pink on my knives.
Don't like that company.

Other than that, it's good.

...and on top of all that, it looks ugly and useless.

Still, one thing I've learned; looks, usability, practicality, quality, company reputation and value mean virtually nothing when it comes to the types of knives people buy.

Having said that, if it appeals to you for whatever strange reason, buy it. It's your money, you can do whatever you like with it.
 
Not for me, but the best knife is one you like, hang everyone elses opinion.

Unless there are known quality concerns, go for it if you like it.:thumbup:
