Does anyone polish off Patina?

Yes on 3 or 4 knives I use around cutting fruit or use during bbq or fire pit cooking, the wife demands it.

Tell them they should wash their hands before they eat...... I used that before shut em right up cause most people don't wash their hands in A restaurant..That I've seen!!!!! I know my blades are clean!!! Where have your fingers been...
