Sent them an email to ask if I should send in a knife for repair and they have not replied. Is it common they do not reply or does it just take a while?
 
I've gotten a reply from every email I've sent them. It does take them a few days though. Hang in there! :)
 
i usually get answers the next day but i emailed them about a week ago and still havent heard anything back. maybe theyre really busy right now
 
It's possible your mail was blocked by a spam filter. This sometimes hapens to legitimate mail. The filters are not perfect.
 
Sometimes they're slow to answer emails. The fastest way to get results is to call them at: 800-800-7427.
 
I have received answers from all of my emails to BM. Maybe the filters don't like you. You can always call their 800 number.
