does changing some letters to capitals constitute username change?

I was thinking of altering my user name to BKoregon. Do I still need to go through the change username process if I want to keep my user name but capitalize a couple letters?

I'm 99% sure it constitutes a name change. The process to capitalize vs. a major name change is the same.
