Does CRK heat treat their hardware?

The reason im asking is because one of the screws on my sebenza is now nice and round .

It seems to me like the pocket clip screws tend to be softer than the other screws.

bad screw? have a new one sent
stripped both a male and female on a small 21, got replacement ones as the ones mounted seemed to be too "soft"
