Does flamed Ti come off easily with scotch-brite like anodized Ti does?

I don't really like the look of flamed Titanium. I'm wondering if I can easily scrub it off down to the shiny Ti underneath. Anodized Ti is easy...

Flamed ti is still anodized ti, in my experience you can scratch it right off like bead blasted ti

Yup, it's not hard to remove, I've buffed/polished it right off.
