Does kizer sell replacement blades?

I wanted to swap out the vg10 steel to s35vn or cpm s35vn on some older models and was wondering if anyone had gotten replacement blades from kizer.
I have emailed 2x and no response figured I'd check in here.

Swapping blades from the Kizer Vanguard line knives (VG10, N690, 154CM) for blades from the premium line? (S35VN, 20CV, M390) This will not work (fit) in most cases. No way Kizer will accommodate this.
Even "similar" models from both lines are not similar enough to swap the blades without a problem.
A replacement blade (so exactly the same blade as original) for a model is a different story. That should not be a big problem (if you find the right contact at Kizer or via your dealer).

I have a Cormorant 2 with a blade in 3V, but the grind of the blade is pretty uneven (edge and false edge altogether). I would love to be able to get a perfect blade and am more than willing to pay for it. Kizer Cutlery could you make that happen ?
