Does LT ever have a surprise for all of you...

Hey, just curious...
Is there anyone else on this forum who is going to be stopping by the factory?

If not should I snap some pics of the factory and post them to my personal site?

Just a quickie "virtual tour" of schrade...

i.e. This is hafting, this is grinding, this is heat treat/cryo, etc.

I ,for one would appreciate it SWG. I think most of us here would like a virtural tour. Shame Schrade didn't do that on their site, and give a tour of the collection!

Okay LT. I'm am totally jealous! (Steve, how come you didn't tell me?!) After 20 years inside of Schrade, I never even knew that the cornerstone existed. Congratulations! What a great find! I knew I should have gone...just couldn't bring myself to check out all of this history being picked apart piece by piece. ....Debbie

I just put a post on another thread again I did not know it was you. You are right it has been a horror like watching them tear down the statue of liberty would be. Even the people in the auction ( bidders kept saying the same thing ). LT PS I should mention that all in all the auction was still an interesting experience. I never before sat next to a guy who bid 2.8 million dollars on an item ( which he lost by 850 thou ) . I also have been to a lot of auctions and have seen some interesting vehicles in the parking lots of these auctions, but I must admit this is the first time I saw a guy fly in and park his helicopter.

UH Fan... Is that Ms. Deb from repairs? You should stop by and just say HI! I will be here till friday, then I start on my *****NEW JOB*****!!!!

I will be working with Mr. Quinn yet again over at fair-rite.

I will be home late so look for them tomorrow.

Hi Steve! Yep, it's me. Just couldn't stay away. Congrats and good luck on the new job. I've been seeing want ad posts all over the place for IT people. I was wondering if you were watching. Tell Jim Q. I said Hi. See anything interesting and affordable for my history collection?? ...or is it all over but the memories? I have to stop in tomorrow to drop off some paperwork in the office. I'll have Liz track you down then, because I wanted to ask you something. TTYL Debbie
