Does my AR need maintenance?

I noticed recently that my AR has a slight up and down movement when fully opened and locked. Probably about 1/2mm to 3/4mm worth of movement. I haven't cut anything more than paper with it so it wasn't from abuse. Do I need to send mine in? Any AR owners have the same movement?

One of my folders had some play and I tightened the pivot bolt a little and the play was eliminated. If your AR opens smoothly, or to easily, you may want to try tightening the pivot. If there is still play, send it back. It will be made perfect.
