i have had one for sale on the forum and i'll be damned if anyone wants to buy it. this seems like a very strong and solid knife, is there something you guys don't like about them or what? i have heard people say they liked them but nobody wants to buy one for i price i am losing my a** on?the only reason i want to sell is because right now i'm into smaller blades and this is a little larger than i like. i don't think $110 is unreasonable at all for a nib auto do you guys?they sell for like $140 right? any comments appreciated. i'm not aiming this at anyone specific just frustrated

Shawn,

Being frustrated because you are not getting bites on a knife for sale is not new. This post should be attached to your post in which you are trying to sell the product.

Has it been flicked open any times yet, or has it still not been removed from its box???????

I've had knives that just won't sell, no matter what price I put on it. I'll repost them from time to time just to keep trying. All of the sudden, one will go in a snap. You just have to wait for the right person to come along at the right time. Just think how many knives you'd have sitting in drawers if BF wasn't here for you to sell off the ones you no longer wanted...

knife finally sold! man that was irritating, i have heard them 9100's don't sell that well here on the forum, wonder why?

Hi Shawn,

I am glad that you sold it. I believe the reason they do not sell well is because they cost twice as much as the manual version (used) and the manual version is, in all respects, a better knife.

Later,
John

P.S. And those Benchmade handles are so d*mn thick on their autos!!!!!

Shawn: Like Senator says sometimes knives just don't sell.As you know I bought yours. It was too good of a deal to pass up.I already have a NIB 9100,but down the road someone will want your[now my]knife.I'll use it for "trade bait" or a knife for a friend at a later date.I just put 4 Benchmades on the for sale forums and have got a little play.Sometimes you win sometimes the other guy does.Don't sweat it.What goes around comes around.[in the knife circle that is]Just look at "Copfishes Sebenza"

IMO, the 9100 series, are some of the best autos avail. I LOVE them, and I've had 5 so far. ALl sold here for around $140.
