I don't think they do. Queen has some nice slipjoints and outdoorsey fixed blades in D2, and most people seem happy with them. And, if you have around $150 to $400 or so to spend, Bob Dozier makes some fantastic knives outa D2 and Micarta!
I think Schrade's 1095 is pretty good steel, but it would be cool to see a D2 Old Timer stockman or trapper!
I would look at Queen knives at www.queencutlerycollectors.com. They are solid quality working tools, and they offer the D2 blades in several handle materials, including bone, wood, and plastics. The plastic handle knives are a real bargain if you want the high-end blade steel in a lees expensive knive.
