Being new to Busse, I find the balnce on my NMFSH to be a bit handle heavy, so I'm considering popping the scales and grinding it with a tapered tang. I would think the SAR series would be even better candidates for it.

I would look at the BAe, NOe, and hellrazor, tankbuster, and SJTAC.

I agree that for me the NMFSH was too handle heavy, but I'd just assume sell it off and try something else on for size. If you do mod that knife and end up not liking it, good luck finding a buyer for that one. That's a tough sell, for sure.

I sent a couple of emails to the custom shop to see about a SFNO or ASH custom made, but they must be really busy, no response yet, or else I've been too vocal in the B-8 thread
I did see a few nice ones on EBAY, but the prices... a bit much to say the least, all the same guy.
I guess I'll keep my eyes open for a SAR4, for a start...This addiction grows, In Sept. last year I ordered a Swamp Rat...now I have 12 Busse's, and no end in sight !, not complaining...

Ebay is well, Ebay. I've been on Ebay about three times in the last decade, I tend to stay far away from that mangy flea market.
