  • Today marks the 24th anniversary of 9/11. I pray that this nation does not forget the loss of lives from this horrible event. Yesterday conservative commentator Charlie Kirk was murdered, and I worry about what is to come. Please love one another and your family in these trying times - Spark

Does the Delica need a choil?

I would also love a wire clip or deep carry pocket clip for my Delica but I like the shape and feel of the handle as is

No go on the choil :thumbdn:

+ 1  for the deep carry clip

Did I hear G10 Delica?! What is this you speak of?!:thumbup::thumbup:

Yes to choil, but I use the Delica like it had one already.

Yes I would buy several versions of an FRN Caly3 and 3.5

No. If you want a choil, get a Native. Not every design should have a choil. I do wish there were a more elegant way of concealing the part of the blade where the jimping ends (the part that meets the back lock) when the knife is closed, though.

This. I like choils. Hence my affinity for the native

You leave my Delica alone.

Thanks for the input everyone. I was pretty sure the Delica was super awesome without choil but it's always nice to have people that own one confirm it. I'll definitely be picking one up this week.

And thank you for the kind welcome Mr. Glesser!

Not sure why people haven't suggested the PM2. If you like the delica but want a choil, get a PM2. Similar size.
