Does the Mnandi Come with a Pouch?

Just got a new snakewood Mnandi. I expected it to come with a calfskin pouch but it didn't. Was it supposed to?
 
When you buy them NEW from a Dealer, they do come with the pouch. If you buy them second hand, it seems everyone takes the pouch out of them because I have only gotten One pouch in the 5 mnandi I have owned and that was a New One. Cant remember which one I got new off hand as I have since traded 2 of them.

Same goes for the graphic sebenza. I only ever got one or two pouchs with it as well, and have had about 5 or 6 of them.

Did you buy it new from a dealer ???

I think I have 3 total now, I dont carry my mnandi too much, so while the one shows the carry marks from it, the others are new.
 
Nevermind, got my question answered. Yes, they are supposed to ship with a calfskin pouch. It was a dealer purchase. GP Knives and CRK customer service are great, they are taking care of the oversight.

Thats good they took care of you, Yet another reason CRK Customer Service is the Best In ANY Industry !!!
 
I think pouches are an invaluable investment, even for the non-decorated ones. :)
 
Even though it was a CRK oversight, GP Knives took the initiative and handled the call to CRK for me and took care of everything. Pouch inbound free of charge from CRK. So rare to get great customer service like this. More companies should learn from their examples.
 
CRK are like Lays Potato Chips, "You Cant Have Just One" !!! I keep getting up to 30, then trade some away, has happened several times now.....lol.
