Does the Sebenza in this video need lubricant?

It looks so stiff because mine opens and closes much smoother. The guy also says it's a small classic when it's actually a large.

My bet it he just took her out of the box. Sebbies get very smooth over time, that one looks like it needs the washers buffed, and some lube.
