So, being a noob, I fell victim to Zero Edge Syndrome (ZES) while flat grinding my first blade. I had to correct by taking some width off the blade.

Should I take some width off the handle as well? Also, any other opinions and suggestions are welcome.

Thanks,
Dave

First of all, d dub, why don't you reduce your photo sizes before you link to them. Idiot.

I went across the room and down the hall and had my daughter scroll back and forth. It looks fine from there.

The finger notch, if reduced a little, would bring the blade/handle back into proportion. Right behind the choil.

OK, now that you know it would have worked out better to reduce the picture size before posting.
I have the same problem with the size but by switching left to right I think it's close to the neighborhood, I am not sure who's neighborhood but reduce it and repost it.

I would reduce the hump in the back. Something kind of like this.

It would bring some of the balance back towards the middle.

Or if you you really like it the way it is, you can taper or drill multiple holes in the tang to rebalance it.
