Does this knife exist? Need your expertise!

Buckeye - thanks - I know about the titanium steel interface relationship - I was asking if the whole lock bar being steel was an issue. I kind of wanted it to be titanium with a steel insert. If that's not an issue I'm totally still leaning towards the Rockwall.
Bob – thanks – I already have an axis lock and don't particularly love it too much. If I were to go with another I would get the mini freek in carbon.
Hackenslash - thanks - so far the Rockwall us way in the lead.
KOD - thanks - just looked it up - too thick and its a standard frame lock.
Chronivore - thanks - I know I am missing out on a lot of great knives by sticking to this usa-made knife thing, but my collection is all USA and for now and I'm going to keep it that way. Maybe someday..

I very well may be missing something, but this sounds an awful lot like the Rockwall Thumbstud by Tactile Knife out of Texas.

Mine is not "drop shut" but it is also brand new, and I have never messed with the pivot to see if it could be made so. Otherwise I *think* it ticks every other box.

Magnacut (they also offer 20CV), under three inches, fully titanium with liner lock, drop point blade, very thin blade stock (although not quite fully flat ground).

For what it is worth, my first impression has been very high. I am quite happy with it.
Thanks for the suggestion!
Just ordered it (in Magnacut)

I don't think you'll be disappointed with a Rockwall. It truly does live up to the hype.

I'd also recommend getting a Tactile Turn pen to go with it.

I prefer smaller knives..
That's a cool pen - don't get me started on a new hobby!

I handled a couple of Tactile Turn pens. They were nicely made. I just didn't love the feel of that texture. They use a wider pattern on the knife scale and I've been meaning to get one in hand.

A friend of mine has one of these Nottingham Tactical pens with the hexagonal pattern. It feels amazing.

I usually stick to more traditional "just a pen" EDC pens. I've slowly settled on Pentel's Energel family for smooth writing, good colors, and not leaking in my shirt pockets. The Liberty can take a bunch of different refills but I stuck a purple Energel in there for fun. (It's really more of a desk pen but it gets out into the field every once in a while.) The Gemini snuck in for a photo bomb because this is a knife forum and yet another Philography would have been boring.

I would totally like a fancy pen, but I feel like I carry enough as it is... I used to carry a space pen in my back left pocket sideways, but I don't anymore for whatever reason... Maybe I should throw it back in there again. I don't know why I stopped carrying it as it was totally forgettable/unnoticeable..

I've always carried a pen in my shirt pocket and nearly all of my shirts have pockets. So I usually do it without thinking much about it. I usually have a small notebook, "Field Notes" or otherwise, or at least a folded piece of paper too. I get that smart phones can do that kind of thing but it isn't the same for me. (I also still carry a small flashlight and wear an analog watch.)

For guys who don't rock the shirt pocket, I know more than one who carry a Space Pen. It seems a popular choice for the pocket organizer crowd.

Rockwall thumb stud just arrived... Wow – perfect! Dead centered and rock solid. Toothy, but pretty sharp. After about five minutes of flicking and cutting some cardboard the blade loosened up, but at least the centering moved to the right meaning when I tighten it back up it should go back to centered. Going to take it apart now – BRB!

Done - used a bit of nano 10w.. Holy wow! When the lock bar is pressed the blade is not only fall/drop shutty - it kind of like 'swings' - like a broken in compression or axis lock. After that - when the blade is @ roughly 90° it just takes one little shake/nudge for it to close.
That's all I have.. thank you EVERYONE for the suggestions (especially Buckeye).
This should keep me happy till I can get the neutron 2 (without being price gouged)

As far as Rat 1 goes, one of the best scales are made by suingab, he is a member here and have great thread with samples.
‘I had a project where I rebladed my Rat 1 and he made CF scales for me, they did fit on my knife perfectly !
I can highly recommend this guy !
