Nice score!Yahoo! I've got a reserve on a micarta GEC 83. Really looking forward to trying it. Will be my first GEC lockback. I have a feeling it's going to kick my Copperlock out of my pocket.
What is the pull weight on the Russell lockback barlow? 77 and arthritis in hands; need medium to light pull and release on lock.
Thanks.
Nice score!
I know you already got what you wanted but I can add to your thread now. I hope you don't mind. This Boker Junior Scout just showed up from Fedex. Rosewood, Satin finish, and right at 3 1/2 inches closed. N690 blade steel.
Sorry but I forgot to get a thickness photo. I would call it fairly thick for a single blade knife.
That is a fine looking knife! I would be interested in the handle thickness when you get a chance.

Mine is also very smooth and easy to open. The lock release on mine has some minor resistance but I don’t think it would be a problem for you. What is the pull weight on the Russell lockback barlow? 77 and arthritis in hands; need medium to light pull and release on lock.
