Does Valiantco.com still exists?

For more than 2 months now, I am trying to contact Valiantco.com.
I tried to order a golok, something went wrong with PayPal(or with me) and as a result I paid for the Golok, but not the shipping costs. On my numerous e-mails what to do now came no reply. I tried to fax the company, but no reply either.
Is Valiantco.com having (personal?) troubles and everything will be oke in the future or have I just lost my money?
Anybody with an idea?

There were posts reporting that the proprietor had serious family health problems. Items paid for were not showing up. Their U.S. dealer was not getting shipments.
 
Theo, did you pay with a credit card, or was the money taken from your personal account or PayPal account? If you used a credit card you should start the process of doing a chargeback. If you paid with funds taken from your bank account or PayPal account and it has been more than 45 days, PayPal will not help you resolve your problem.
 
After hearing nothing for a couple of months I suddenly received an E-mail from Valiantco telling me they had a lot of troubles but were going to make up for that fast. My shipment was due the week after. And now i am the proud owner of a really beautiful Golok.
I have exchanged a couple of e-mails lately with Suwandi, and he seems to me a very honest and friendly man. Perhaps not the efficient business machine we sometimes would like to see, but I know I will be doing some more business with him in the future.
