Yeah, but I need Jerry to send me some hints/maps to them![]()
I wonder if he remembers where they are.
I think most of those memories were forcefully removed during an experimental brain surgery by doctor Johnny Walker. He's a would famous neurosurgeon
Many years ago the Busse family was on a road trip and ended up in having dinner with us in Bellingham, Washington. Traveling only at night, they left us and headed south. On their way to Seattle, they left a tag in a rest stop, the first one south of here. Don't waste your time rushing to find it, it's long gone.
More Information
The tags were a later development. Jerry started out hiding the actual knives. There have been several pictures posted of the knife finds several years back. Last I heard, Jerry said there were still some out there hiding.

The Vegas Treasure Hunt
Tags were hidden around Vegas. There was a grand prize, a first prize, second, third, etc. Ten or so teams were formed consisting of five people back home and a team captain in Vegas for the SHOT show. My team captain was Vicki (Mrs. Skunk). At a specified time Jerry started giving clues periodically to locations of the various tags. Our team decided to concentrate on the grand prize. I slept at the computer that first night, awaking at each incoming mail signal to check for clues.
Vicki found the grand prize tag! Once the team figured out that Jerry's 'CU there" or "we'll CU" or some such was a reference to Coyote Ugly, and that the "farther left wing than Hillary Clinton" referred to the way the airplane hanging in the lobby was pointing, she had to climb on the bar at Coyote Ugly and check the bras hung on the wall at the end of the bar to find it.
Trivia Question: Who else remembers who provided the bra it was in?
Each of the five team members received a one of a kind Steel Heart E Variant. I still have mine. Vicki also got (get ready for this) a Busse Folder Prototype.
I don't remember all of the team members. Jaxx? Rob? I'm not sure about these, but I think there was an Aussie on our team. Wonder who else still has their grand prize?
